Do not book with them!
You have to type "Talk to Agent" several times to get out of the AI bot loop hole. The airline refuses to refund me money they promised they would. They keep sending me back to my travel agency. No possiblity to save the chats and no European phone number or email adress. If you want to donate money, go ahead and book with this airline, otherwise do not book with them.
