I personally think we need to sue them…
I personally think we need to sue them for basically robbery they leave you in the dark not even explaining what is going on. Just a banner saying not accepting orders sorry not good enough I don't know about you, but that's my hard earned money they just took and not even giving refunds or the product. That's theft of goods they should be held responsible and even if you disputed with your bank it's still going to take time to get it, or if that's even if you get the refund.
