So on 2nd of August i purchase some boosting for DOTA 2, DUO MMR according to their service. They pair me with a booster that was okay, but he was from another region and we cannot play good . He had ping on my region and i had ping on his region, making me loose mmr (we played 5 games and loose 4) . I told the support about this issue and he said will change booster. After almost 3 weeks told me they cannot find a booster due to a bug of the website and the service fee was refunded. It was a waste of time....... dont know what happened to their services because in the past all was okay, now they reply very slow and services sucks !!!
