I ordered 2 tank tops over a month ago
I ordered 2 tank tops over a month ago, and the package is still nowhere near arriving. I requested a refund since their website clearly states delivery takes 10–14 days, but instead of taking responsibility, they keep asking me to wait longer and longer without refunding my money. Very poor customer service, an extremely frustrating experience, and I will definitely never shop here again. **I’ll add that in the end they did refund my money, but only after a very long process that could have been much easier and shorter for both sides. I also received both tank tops and they are really nice, so it’s important for me to mention the positive side as well 😇😇 That said, I would still appreciate speaking with a manager to share my feedback and suggestions regarding the overall process and customer experience.
