Canceled in April of 2026 and was told that I wouldn't be charged for anything else, May 1st come around and i receive and invoice so I call them to ask why and after a lot of back and fourth they said it was for something I had said no to and they would credit my account so I wouldn't get charged. May 11th they took the money from my account so once again I call they said I don't have an email with it so they would have to email someone else to handle it. Now their lost client customer service says they cant refund it cause I do not have an email saying I was supposed to get a credit. Contacted bank to dispute the charge. I will never use this company again and No one should, they lied on the multiple emails I have when cancelling that i wouldn't be charged and it also took 2 weeks for them to close my account. UPDATE. Was asked by Paychex to email them so they could have someone reach out about the complain and no reply no one reached out to assist, pretty sure they just reply to try and make it look like they are trying.
