False amounts on customs forms and no support
After my order crossed over into Canada and taxes were calculated, I realized a mistake must have been made in the customs declaration due to the tax portion being nearly double what it should have been. I reached out to Body Candy after I had the chance to see what the details were on the declaration form- their customer service was dismissive and condescending and responded with a broken link for how to calculate tax. (Which also confirmed I had been overcharged) I have not received my order since it has to be sent back for reprocessing and appeal
