I have 2 time experience that I didn’t receive any deposit , the first time that I deposit 100 I didn’t receive they told me that they have finished my transaction, and the second time is this morning, I have deposit another hundred but they told me that the money has bounced back to my account, but I didn’t receive any money, and untill now I didn’t have any message from your customer service , since like this, how could I believe your platform?
