Issues with delivery. $$$$
I ordered this product and overall I’m very happy with the quality. The material itself is excellent and performs as expected. However, I was extremely disappointed to be charged an unexpected $400 duty fee upon delivery, especially after already paying approximately $300 for the product itself. For Canadian customers, these additional costs should be made much clearer before purchase. It would also be beneficial for the company to consider selling directly within Canada to avoid excessive import fees and surprise charges. The product is great, but the unexpected costs significantly impacted the overall experience.
