Took a little over a week for them to process my order. They use the most bootleg shipping service possible (yanwen) and they haven’t responded to my past email. Not impressed at all. It says my order is going out for delivery today but USPS, UPS and FEDex all came and went and I still didn’t receive my package. Hopefully it arrives. I had to download the shop app just to see the progress of my order. The only reason I ordered from this site was because of how cheap it was and for the free gift. I’ll be lucky if it arrives on time. If you try contacting the carrier it calls a number in China. I called, language was in Chinese and the automated machine hung up on me.
