Fan Duel has a habit of not honoring bets. Knowing a player is hurt and they put him in to be bet upon, player gets taken out due to injury and fan duel did not cover bet. They also had a Kentucky Derby special where if u bet and lose, u get money back in bonus bets. That never happened. Placed bet and it doesn't show bet, but it showed they took the money. SMH. On 4 occasions they made poor excuses to cover bets due to injury even when it showed they were injured. Then they want u to go through this chatting service that drops a lot or they do the we get back to you. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! BE AWARE OF THE INJURY BET PROTECTION, IF A PLAYER IS COMING BACK FROM AN INJURY, FAN DUEL WOULD PUT HIM IN TO BET ON, BUT IF THE PLAYER IS TAKEN OUT DUE TO THE INJURY NO MATTER IF ITS IN 1ST QUARTER OR IF YOU HAVE BET PROTECT PLUS, BOTTOMLINE YOU WILL NOT BE COVERED. PLAYER WAS TAKEN OUT AFTER ONLY PLAYING 3 MINUTES IN 1ST QUARTER AND THE PLAYER WAS STILL BEING AN OPTION TO BE BET ON IN THE 2ND QUARTER SHOULD SAY EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW. ITS BAD BUSINESS!
