Better than expected!
I was disappointed at first when receiving my package there was something missing. Reached out and they said they will be sending a replacement so I felt better. Bracket fit perfect the way I wanted. Chain was smaller than I expected. Working with customer service to get an exchange. If that all goes smoothly than all in all a great interaction with the company. Will purchase again if everything gets worked out.
