I had attempted to use a private travel agent with no success, I contacted Flightforall via their website. I found the flights I needed, booked them right away. The next day Duke contacted me to advise the booking had been rejected, he explained the reason completely. He gave me other options and the flight was booked without further issues. I would use this service again. Thank you Duke.
