Poor quality, poor customer service!
Unfortunately I had a negative experience with my purchase. Although assured the product was genuine hair, I am positive it was synthetic. Requested a return, no response, had to go through PayPal to obtain a response, which offered points towards next purchase instead of refund process. Waa asked to close PayPal dispute before receiving refund. Would not recommend. PayPal refunded in the end.
