UNSATISFACTORY service. I booked tickets on line for the 21st…
I booked tickets on line for the 21st June. A day or so later I was informed that these tickets were not available. They gave me alternative times and I did not notice that they changed the date to the 23rd. I contacted them more than a week before the tickets were issued and asked them to change the date back to the 21st or issue a refund. They assured me that they will issue tickets for the 21st. I received the tickets a few days later and they were for the 23rd. I contacted them again and requested a refund. Rail Ninja refused to issue a refund. This is absolutely ridiculous as they changed the original date. As soon as I was aware of the date changed I contacted them to rectify the error. Despite them assuring me that the correct tickets would be issued, they were not. They are now refusing to refund the tickets. If the 21st was not available then they should never have processed my original request. Absolutely dreadful customer service and a total rip off. Do NOT USE RAILNINJA FOR TRAIN TICKETS, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!!
