Awful company…scammers
First off, I never leave reviews but I’m beyond frustrated. Horrible, horrible, horrible company!!! Received a damaged product with crushed edges on the wood bench and the benches holes do not align so it can not assembled properly. I’m now on my 8th email with them fighting to return the bench. They had the audacity to suggest that I take it to a local repair shop and they would reimburse me. DO NOT BUY ANYTIING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I wish I had read the reviews first before purchasing, lesson learned.
