I used to love purchasing items through MyUS, but after this recent incident, I will no longer be using their service. It has been over a week, and my non dangerous goods items are incorrectly labeled as DG, preventing me from shipping them unless I pay a $30 USD fee. I have contacted customer service four times to resolve this, yet they have been unresponsive when it comes to actually removing the charges. Instead, they repeatedly tell me I can proceed if I simply pay the fee. What’s especially frustrating is that they are usually quick to respond, yet when it comes to fixing this issue, they’ve taken several days without acknowledging my complaint. I will not be recommending this service to anyone going forward.
