Batik cancelled my direct flight from Singapur to Bali without direct flight alternative 1 month before takeoff (turned out the last time this flight did operate was already 3 months ago). I have now huge problems to receive my refund via ticketing agent and Batik customer support ist no longer answering since 2 weeks.
