I had the most incredible experience . I was so excited to be ordering my wedding dress after finding the absolute perfect gown and the exact undergarment I needed. They suggested the correct garment right under my dress on the ordering page, making it very easy. When i went to push the actual order button, my eye caught that the sizes somehow reverted back to a size 2!!! Which I most definitely can not squeeze into. With only 5 weeks before my wedding I spiraled. Tears, shaking, total panic. I immediately emailed with almost no real hope of receiving the help I needed to correct the order. However within 30 minutes I had received a reply letting me know that it had been forwarded to the escalation team to correct. This morning I woke up to another email reassuring me that the corrections on my order had been made and explanation of what I see on my side vs theirs. Tiki reassured me it was set and corrected. She made sure I knew, and offered the comfort that a panicked bride needed. The site was easy to use and navigate with the recommendations for the correct under garments and even earrings the model had been wearing! I will definitely be shopping with them again. Thank you for being there for me when I was a mess. We all know how a girl and her wedding dress can be. 😁
