No response on missing item!
I have tried several times to contact this company about my missing item. I paid for all 4 Joytoy TMNT figures and only got 3 of them. I’ve filed 2 after sales reports that included pictures and video and I have heard nothing back. At this time, I will not do business with them again. That was 38+ dollars for a 4-inch figure gone out my pocket. Not only that, I don’t even feel good displaying them because one is missing and I refuse to buy from them again to take my money. Buyer beware!!
