I would give zero stars if possible. I was out of town for Valentine’s Day and wanted to send my wife a strawberry arrangement. I ordered 4 days ahead of time and spent $130 on something that should have been $50. Fast forward to 5:00 pm on Valentine’s Day and my wife has still yet to get the offset. I contacted customer service, which was next to useless so to the fact the call center was over seas and we could barely understand each other. They go ahead and process a refund, which took me 5 days to get. After looking into Sherri’s berries even more, I’m rather glad I didn’t get the order, due to the amount of people that have received moldy/soiled fruit. So if you want to get someone something that’s moldy and doesn’t arrive on time, give Sherri’s berries a try So if you want
