Overall, I had a good experience with Promo Direct. The ordering process was easy, and the team was helpful and responsive when I had questions. The product quality was good, and the final items looked professional and matched what we needed for our business. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there were a few small issues with shipping/packaging and some details could have been communicated a little more clearly. However, the team was quick to respond and willing to help resolve concerns. I would still order again and recommend Promo Direct for promotional products.
