TitleMisleading Advertising – Very Disappointing Purchase
Title: Misleading Advertising – Tiny Packages Instead of Two Large Bags I purchased the advertised "Premium California Fig, Walnut & Sesame Superfood Bites" from Kloiadka on October 8, 2026. The advertisement showed beautiful, generously sized fig and walnut bars and promoted a "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" offer described as "2 Large Bags." I paid $65.69, including an $8.57 tip. What arrived was a tiny shipping box containing just two small 100-gram packages — only 200 grams in total! The packaging identified a manufacturer in China, although the product was marketed as "Premium California Fig." I was extremely disappointed by the difference between the advertising and what I actually received. I contacted Kloiadka by email and WhatsApp requesting a full refund. As of this review, I have not received a response. I have photographs of the advertisement, the actual products, the shipping label, and my order confirmation. My advice to other consumers: Check the exact weight, product details, and independent customer reviews before purchasing from this company. I would not purchase from Kloiadka again.
