I have made 7 bags and 3 labubus. Previously they had a generous reward program but the reward program changed when they reduced the prices of products. Loyal customers were not happy with the change and I for one had planned to switch brands. Since they have recently reverted back to the original loyalty program I made my 8th bag purchase. Customer service responds within 24-48 hours. They are quite clear in communication, not just AI responding, it’s a real person taking time to answer your questions. The product quality is very good.
