Don't believe the reviews
I ordered I wig that I saw on their site and I received a wig not even close to what I purchased. I didn't put he unit on at all, I put it back in the box as soon as I saw that. I informed them, and then the person from aftersa@bai.. suggested that I wash the unit, but in the same breath said if I did anything to it, I would not get my money back. I have completed the email thread about my concern. They told me to send the unit back, and once they received it, they would send my money. I am glad some folks received the unit they purchased, but I really think they are AI-generated reviews. My beautician had to put a cease-and-desist on them because they used an unauthorized image of her to make it seem as if she uses their hair. Buyer beware!!!! Let me know if you want to see the email exchange.
