I purchased the KQi electric scooter and have had nothing but problems since day 1. Within less than a month the control panel displayed an Error while i was riding, leaving my stranded on my way to work. It also doesn't even come close to meeting the advertised mileage. I contacted NIU support and formally requested a return under their own published return policy, which covers defective products. They sent the scooter back to me after repairs without my consent, and then stopped responding to my emails entirely. I am now being forced to go through my credit card company to reverse the charges. If you are considering a NIU scooter, I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. I wish I had.
