I am writing this review to warn others about Plixi’s highly questionable business practices and poor service quality. First, their website checkout process is incredibly confusing, which resulted in me being unexpectedly charged for an "Auto Pilot" add-on that I did not want. When I immediately reached out to customer support to explain the mistake and request a refund, they refused, claiming the service had already started. Instead of a refund, they agreed to apply a credit to my account for future use. To make matters worse, the actual service is terrible. The followers they added to my Instagram account were completely irrelevant, appearing to be mostly fake or bot accounts primarily from India and Bangladesh—not the organic, targeted growth they promise. Because of the poor quality, I decided to cancel my subscription altogether. However, when I recently reached out to claim the account credit that I was promised, customer support falsely claimed that because I "did not reply" to a previous message, my credit was entirely gone. Plixi uses confusing billing traps to take your money, delivers low-quality bot followers, and then finds excuses to wipe away your account credits. Save your money and protect your social media accounts by avoiding this company entirely.
