Litfad products, shipping and customer service are horrible
I missed the reviews and I didn't realize that the product didn't come from the US but from Hong Kong. The packaging for the table was so flimsy that the 2 glass tops were completely smashed. They only had the table and glass in a cardboard box with no protection for the 2 glass tops. In trying to work with customer service they won't refund my money but keep wanting to send me a replacement. I don't understand how they can claim to have fast shipping (this has taken 8 weeks), easy refunds and good quality products. I don't believe the 2 glass tops will arrive without being smashed again. There doesn't seem to be any way to get your money b ack from this company.
