Awful. Chart instruments are useless if you trade using price action standards. Customer service is non existent. If you have a problem or any kind of emergency, you are doomed. Your only hope is that your account is uneffected by the problem while you wait to talk to someone. Waiting time for a chat representative is on average beyond 1 hour. Sometimes they do not even connect to you. When they do, on average, they just read to you what's written on the web site. So frustrating. I have been tolerating theyr lack of customer services for years. Not enough is enough.
