Beautiful jewelry and great customer service
I own about 12 pieces of jewelry from Modern Gents and I could not be happier with my purchases. I have multiple necklaces, bracelets, and rings I alternate throughout the week. Several of the pieces I've had for two years now and they look just as good as when I first purchased them. I did have to get my favorite ring set replated recently and it was a super simple process. Mind you, I wear this set daily and I work a lot with my hands and wash my hands constantly so I expected this to happen at some point. This is common even with real gold rings, they need to be replated periodically. I contacted Modern Gents through their site and submitted two photos of the rings. They approved the request to have them sent back in. I covered the shipping costs and within a week, I got a new set back. Because of the great warranty and customer service, I decided to order yet another set of rings to my collection! I would love for them to add more everyday jewelry to their collections, everything is just so beautiful!
