I was a bit upset and still not sure about your companies business practice of up charging customers for discounted prices then up charging them immediately after. Will more than likely be my last time ever booking with you because after doing research reviews state that this is a common practice. All of that said Olympia in customer support made this very frustrating experience a little better in her chat conversation. I was able to get my confirmation and ticket resolved. I’m still upset but she made it less painful.
