I bought a 20,000 btu Turbro pool heater from Home Depot. After about two months of working great it stopped. Since it was on the weekend I emailed customer support at Turbro and they responded by Monday morning. After some emails back and forth it was determined that the unit would need to e replaced. However, that same unit was not available anywhere. They gave me a number of options, contact Home Depot for a refund, Turbro would send a different size replacement and credit me the difference or give me full credit on their website. I chose to receive a new unit with a gift card for the difference I originally paid. I dealt with Vinnie in Turbro’s customer service team who was very professional and timely in response to my questions. I would definitely recommend Turbro for their service.
