Terrible customer assistance
Terrible customer assistance. Monitor consistently starts reading way to high at least once a year amd will not reset. Waggle cares more a out trying to upset you more systems, equipment, and plans instead of investing in their system so it does not read high. Also, customer service is routinely not reachable and they just have AI chat that tells you to reset.
