I purchased an item from Bruceshark and received a tracking no from 17Track but they cannot tell me whom actually couriered my package. The notes on the tracking says package has arrived and out for delivery but they cannot get in co tact with me yet nobody has. Then another note says they are rescheduling but they trying to make contact with me first but nothing to date. It's strange that no contact details of the actual courier company. This feels like a scam, can anyone confirm.im so pissed off The Courier nominated is DEALFY, thier service is pathetic. They lied on thier tracking system, claiming that they tried contacting me but nobody has. I cannot reach them on thier WhatsApp platform, zero responses. I actually do t think they even have my contact no. U sure who. Does tbier local deliveries in Guateng South Africa??? No contact details of couriers or anyone for that matter
