I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from this company. I spent nearly $280 on chicken, and when it arrived it tasted strongly like fish. After only a few bites, I became sick and ended up throwing up. What made the situation even worse was the company’s response. Instead of taking responsibility, offering a refund, or replacing the order, they only offered me a discount code for a future purchase — after I had already gotten sick from their product. They also refused to provide proper documentation regarding the issue. For the amount of money I spent, I expected much better quality and customer service. I would not recommend ordering from this company based on my experience.
