Payment
I am not usually one who needs much coaxing or coaching once I have determined a direction. The front end was seamless, was updated almost too much- after the sell was crickets. After I waited the two weeks - I emailed… customer service said they would check with Acctg (something like this) and my payment came thru ACH that day… why did I have to ask? No update texts - nothing post sale. My suggestion is send as many texts post sale as you do on the front end. Understandable you must wait on the payment but updates should be sent….
