I let it go. Then today I got an email confirming an order I never placed. Thrive had silently enrolled me in a subscription and auto-ordered on my behalf — without any clear disclosure at signup. I contacted them within 5 minutes of the order hitting my inbox. The chatbot couldn't stop it. The phone bot couldn't stop it. I finally reached a human who cancelled and refunded the order. Then came the real problem: Thrive charges $59.95 for membership and gives you 30 days to cancel. They placed the surprise subscription order on Day 31 — the first day I was outside the cancellation window. When I put those two facts together and asked for a membership refund, they refused.
