Good Hosting but need to work on resoution timeline
I have been using the Spaceship for the last 1 year, 6 days ago, I renewed my hosting along with SSL but suddenly SSL stopped working and website is showing unsecured i contacted via live chat them 4 times issue not solved then they given me ticket number SPS-MLE-0128 and since last 5 days no progess when today i contacted support they simply say we do not have timeline for that, its strange right?, my website was working fine its their product issue and am in trouble now, from last 5 days they down my website for simple SSL issue and still working as a company without timeline, its strange UPD: The Issue was resolved now, and it's working perfectly like previously. In my opinion, please do include a timeline for resolution, don't hangout.
