Good product and motivational!
Customer service has always been very helpful. My only complaint is the longevity of your devices. There was at one time where you could purchase a new MyZone with MyZone points from the gym I used to go to but they no longer have that option. It would be amazing if your company did something similar or gave a highly discounted price every year or every other year for your members who continually meet their monthly goals. But on a good note using a MyZone is motivating because once you get so far you don’t want to stop or lose your status so you make sure to get to the gym or go on a hike etc… Good product and motivational!
