Communication/Payment
The communication once my piece sold was less than satisfying for me, to the point where I thought I may have been scammed. Thankfully, a wonderful woman stepped up and eased my fears, walking me through the next steps. I strongly feel that the payment process was slow, given the timing of the previous necessary steps.
