Charged Me but Never Sent My Prescription
I was extremely happy with this service at first. Everything worked smoothly, the process was easy, and I genuinely felt like I had found a reliable provider. Unfortunately, that completely changed after a major failure on their end. It has now been over a month, and I still have not received my prescription. Despite being charged, I continue to get nothing but excuses and the runaround from customer service. Every time I reach out, I’m told to wait longer, with no clear answers or resolution. For a service that deals with prescriptions and healthcare, this level of unreliability is incredibly disappointing and unacceptable. I trusted them to deliver something important, and they failed to follow through while continuing to take my money. I can no longer recommend this service based on my experience.
