I wanted to express my frustration regarding my recent experience with the platform and customer support. While I appreciate the vision and tools Sintra.ai offers, I’ve consistently run into issues involving deployment syncing and website updates not properly reflecting on the live site. What has been most disappointing is the customer support experience. Response times have often been very long, and many of the replies feel repetitive or automated rather than directly addressing the specific issues I’m encountering. As someone actively trying to launch and grow a professional apparel brand, these delays and unresolved technical problems have made the process significantly more stressful than it should be. I’m not looking to be negative I simply want the platform to work reliably and for communication/support to feel more responsive and solution-oriented. I genuinely hope improvements can be made because the platform itself has strong potential.
