The product (a shirt with printed text) is good quality, and just like it looked in the advert. The company contracts with a really shitty, cheap delivery vendor (edutrack/express 4px) so the initial delivery was botched. Paid and no shirt. But my experience with Bellelement customer service (Kiera F.) was actually nicely positive: good communication, prompt reshipping, no questions asked, and this time the shirt arrived pretty promptly. So I'm pretty happy. The shirt is cool.
