I chose Boundless Immigration because I wanted guidance and support through an already stressful immigration process, but unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. Throughout the process I dealt with repeated communication delays, unresolved portal/login issues, inconsistent follow-up, and concerns that I raised multiple times that were never properly addressed. Immigration cases require trust, responsiveness, and strong attention to detail, and over time I completely lost confidence in the process due to the level of support I received. What made the experience even more frustrating was that many of my concerns were acknowledged by the company, yet there was very little meaningful resolution. I made several attempts to continue working with their team in good faith, but the ongoing issues ultimately led me to cancel the service. I requested a full refund due to the experience and service-related concerns. Although a partial refund was issued, the company denied the remaining balance while continuing to rely on their refund policy despite acknowledging the communication and support issues I experienced. I will say that some representatives remained polite and professional during the escalation process, but overall the experience did not reflect the level of service, care, or support that was originally promised. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider whether this type of online support model is the right fit for such an important and detail-sensitive process.
