Excellent human customer service
Excellent human customer service - received an email from the owner of the company each time I contacted them with a question. Inquiries were answered thoroughly and with care. Old-fashioned customer service experience. Also a great tag for a great price! The deep engraving is much better than laser, and made to last. Only quibble is that the lines with a lot of text can be hard to read, so less is more. 9/10
