So responsive. As soon as you order, a real live person e-mails you to let you know who to reach out to if there are any problems - which normally there isn't. But, if your print job is quirky (I had a page that needed to be printed upside down) they are incredibly helpful. They are absolutely focused on making sure your project is done right. I have used several print shops over the years. (VistaPrint, etc. ) PPMG is clearly the best. Special shout out to Staci. If she's your rep you are in great hands!
