Their cameras and cloud servers are truly rubbish. I can't see my life video for more that five minutes even if I am in the same network I can't even download a video from my playlist. The worst company I have ever seen now I will disconnect and through all the devises and I will never buy products from them again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY BE CAREFOUL!!!!!
