Throughly pissed off and ripped off…
I signed up again for a lot of money but from the word go I was robbed and ripped off by the people who were meant to be attending to my requests.Every thing I asked for was hideously altered and although I complained the response was to make the images even more different to my very simple requests.I am now worrying that I have just thrown away a lot of money.It’s a shame that you don’t have a minus score on your star rating!!!

I have rated them one star and that is being very generous.10 minutes ago I asked them to perform a very simple task and four times they accepted it but sent me back the original image with no explanation when I enquired if something was wrong with the either the picture or the prompt.Each time I was charged.

Simple tasks are taking pollo at least four attempts to achieve and if I complain the person then seems to take pleasure in doing the exact opposite.All the time I am paying with my credits but they don’t give ashit and just carry on .I still have a lot of credit left and am determined to use it

They could improve by doing as I ask and not as they want.I am a white skinned girl with short blonde hair but in the last video I was shown as having darker skin and long dark hair apart from that they didn’t do as I wanted at all

They don’t follow my requests and substitute me for someone totally different looking than me.One substitute was probably a lovely lady and i expect her grandchildren loved her but she was at least 50 pounds heavier than me and looked nothing like me.Beside witch I was meant to be naked and she had a hideous blue large bikini on that was straight out of the 1950s.They didn’t bother to read the prompts but still take your money.Sorry but nothing has improved since my last response

Just a quick update on my situation with Pollo.ai.I have not heard anything back from them and at the moment they are not carrying out any of my requests.Everything I ask them comes back with the same response that basically all that I ask is not possible no matter how simple.This is more than frustrating,it’s an insult.
Please give me my money back
Nearly every-no every request i have made today has been met with the same response saying that the third person model wasn’t happy with the content of my requests.All of my requests contained me alone and where perfectly harmless ,including one of me stood fully clothed waiting for a bus.Every time I complained Pollo came back with their own prompts only for these to be met with the same response as my own prompts.This really is so much more than frustrating,it is scamming and robbery.At the moment I still have over 3000 credits with Pollo and if it wasn’t for this I would never use them or recommend them again .Thanks for your platform for my views and I really hope i get a proper response and not just another fob off from Pollo.ai
