Incompetent Customer Service
Auctioneer deliberately grossly overcharged on shipping and lied about it. This was obvious to LA, who took over a month to achieve no resolution despite numerous communications and promises. Among the worst customer service organizations I've ever encountered, and there's stiff competition for that status.
