I DO NOT Recommend Mike Kimball d.b.a. Divergent Drywall Solutions in Jefferson County, TN. He advertises on his website & guarantees his Work/Customer Satisfaction for 1 Year when you meet him to get you to hire him. He did not cover or protect many things in the garage...did a horrible ceiling & paint job... then left my garage a total mess with sprayed popcorn texture all over the interior garage door, my garage door opening system, my Red Cedar trim & baseboards & destroyed 3 fans he borrowed from me to dry the ceiling texture. The popcorn ceiling was not installed properly & immediately started cracking/bubbling. The ceiling texture HAS NOW STARTED FALLING OFF THE CEILING IN HUNKS onto my car & things stored in the garage. I will have to hire another contractor to come remove the whole defective ceiling job & start over...paying double fees to remove/replace his defective workmanship & product! He has ignored my attempts to contact him for 9 months of my "so-called 12 month warranty"! I called Jefferson County, TN & the City of Dandridge (where he lives) to check his business licenses & they both expired 5/15/26. The TN State Regulatory Board Licensing Agency said he has never had a TN State Business License. I paid him & now he has taken my money & RUN! I have filed a report with the BBB who is now investigating. I also filed reports with the State Regulatory Licensing Division, State Revenue Division, Consumer Affairs Division & Attorney General's Office. The Attorney General's office called yesterday & recommended I seek Legal Remedy by filing a law suit.
