They lack communication and manners
This company puts forth much effort to get new jobs scheduled, and little effort to actually contacting the customer or following through with current jobs. 2.5 weeks after we scheduled a job they never contacted us. They cancelled the installation without letting us know. They don't have basic communication or manners.
